520 __ Duende is the all-online national literary journal of the BFA in Writing program at Goddard College. Along with issues published twice yearly, we regularly update our website with new stories, poems, & art. Duende is committed to having a majority of the writers and artists in our journal come from groups that are underrepresented in today’s U.S. literary ecosystem. That is to say, most of the work we publish will be from writers and artists who are queer, of color, differently abled, immigrant, working class, youth, elder, and /or otherwise from communities that are too often overlooked by literary gatekeepers.
