I’m Helen Linda, Information Services Innovator, currently serving as the Records Analyst for the Vermont Agency of Transportation. I share responsibility for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Agency-wide records management and training program. I am also a Project Assistant for Design for Learning: 21st Century Online Teaching and Learning Skills for Library Workers (D4L). I led practice sessions for students in a variety of online meeting/presentation software and Moodle Learning Management System while participating as a student in the program. I am co-producing a series of videos to capture lessons learned in practice sessions for the public launch of D4L on WebJunction in Spring 2017. I am nimble, creative, user-centered, and promote a collaborative approach to work, focusing on intelligent systems design as well as bold, forward-thinking professional environments.
